I am by no means a techy ,just an old broad who was curious and I own a cell phone. I love this ring! It's so much fun watching my numbers, I can't imagine the more expensive ones doing any better. Customer service was great through e-mail, Jess and Paula were the best. The first one was to big and the exchange was easy except I didn't think I should have had to pay for the postage. At first, I was a little disappointed when I saw the delivery date but it came much quicker than it originally says, so keep a smile on your face!! I only got it today and it currently is charging in the charging case (which I highly suggest getting! The charging cords are super short and the charging case uses a “c” charging cord so it can be easily replaced! The charging cord that comes with the ring is not!!). My initial thoughts on it stands as this: it looks very well made! Pretty heavy duty without being “heavy”. It doesn’t look cheap is what I meant. It fits nicely on my finger and doesn’t slip. I also purchased the silicone covers because I can be hard with slamming my fingers into things as I walk. You cannot charge your ring with the silicone covers on. I also purchased the extra warranty which was easy to activate. A total two thumbs up so far on initial purchase and thoughts on the ring. I will try and update as time goes by! Thank you Herz!!

Easy to set up and like that it comes in multiple colors, love the silver! I'm a bit between sizes so had to go on the snug size or it would fall off. The stress reading is a nice addition that I haven't seen on other rings of similar price points.

I just received it and haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Shipping felt like it took forever..(11 days from order date). It is too big for the intended finger, but will work on another one. Well it just arrived but it was easy to download the app and set it up. I followed the measurement instructions for my left index finger but unfortunately it is too big so I’ll have to wear it on my right hand which is my dominant hand. It says it is best to wear it on the non dominant hand. Haven’t decided if I should return it for a different size because of the hassle and because I was so excited to start using it.

Easy to set up and link with the Health Connect App. The instructions could be a little more clear on how to use the app, and it would be nice if during the app setup it asked you what measuring system you wanted to use (imperial or metric) instead of defaulting to metric.

Ordering process is very easy. There are too many pages of add ons to decline to finish your order.

I should have went a size down from my measurement. But all in all its great. Light weight and made well.

The fit is good. However the app is a bit confusing to set up. I had two rings in my house and it’s not clear which one my app is connected to. Haven’t had it long enough to know how accurate it is.

Shipping took quite a while, a couple weeks – Haven’t used it yet - they require a survey to receive a 1 year warranty… the app does not have the best reviews, definitely a Chinese company…not much information on that before purchasing. We will see how it performs.

Quick set-up and easy to use app

The set up is easy. The app gives the option to change measurement methods (ie- pounds/kg). You can also choose what you want turned on (heart rate, sleeping, pulse ox). My only problem is the sizing. 6 of my fingers are a size 6 and I verified them using the size chart before ordering, but the ring barely fits one of my fingers. My hand has to be cold to get it on and off. I recommend sizing up as a result of my experience.

I have had this ring for about 9 months. I did notice the battery going down much faster than the noted 6 days, usually only a couple. I asked Herz and was told to charge differently, etc. I did all the suggestions they had. I continued to use the ring but noted it did not capture exercise like it did when new. Again, contacted and they ended up sending me a brand new ring. While the ring was not quite as I expected, the customer service was great. I am currently charging my new ring and will let you know :)

Just got the ring so I cannot leave a review as TJ how it functions. As for the ordering and delivery that was a smoot and easy process.

Battery life is not 10 days. It’s almost 7. Although purported to be water resistant, quick start guide says to dry promptly if it gets wet. Seems just fine in every other way

Excellent customer service, quickly replaced wrong sized ring with accurate size for no charge. Did not need to send wrong ring back. App easy to set up and use, but only measure heart rate every 30 minutes from my understanding which isn't ideal when trying to track it regularly.

The fit seems off. The first ring was very large and the replacement is too small for finger I had intended to wear it on. Customer service has been very helpful with the exchange.

Previous Herz P1 Smart Ring only kept military time even though set for normal time. Kept pretty good sleep pattern. I'm sure I will get good info from this ring.

I didn't download the user manual the first day I started wearing the ring & now I can't seem to find it so I can download it. I'm getting frustrated that your website isn't intuitive. It's more about selling and less about customer service.
