The size is a little bit off, feel slightly loose. The app set up was very easy.

Overall set up was very easy. The ring is very comfortable. The instructions for ring sizing were spot on.

I just got my ring. However, customer service was very good. My ring didn't fit (even tho I measured how they told me to). They were ready to talk to and didn't hesitate about replacing with one that for.

I disliked shipping speed but mostly I disliked the fitting process. The measurement guide was two sizes bigger than appropriate. It suggested I wear a 9. A 7 is actually comfortable.

It's Easy to setup the app and connect the ring, there's a lot of insight for all the stats they give. Only about 3days to receive and the size is perfect.
