Great customer service

Well it just arrived but it was easy to download the app and set it up. I followed the measurement instructions for my left index finger but unfortunately it is too big so I’ll have to wear it on my right hand which is my dominant hand. It says it is best to wear it on the non dominant hand. Haven’t decided if I should return it for a different size because of the hassle and because I was so excited to start using it.

Really comfortable fit going off the sizing chart! Looks great, Came with the charging case and just a regular cord!

Quick shipping, great customer service

Originally ordered a size 13 based on their measurement instructions. My order came and it was WAY too small! Turns out it was actually a size 6 ring in a size 13 box. Customer service was very slow about responding, but they did eventually suggest getting their sizing kit, which I did. Per the sizing kit, I actually need a size 10, which they did ship out quickly and made the exchange process easy. My size 10 arrived today and it’s currently charging. I’m really excited to use it!

Easy to set up and link with the Health Connect App. The instructions could be a little more clear on how to use the app, and it would be nice if during the app setup it asked you what measuring system you wanted to use (imperial or metric) instead of defaulting to metric.

Only have it one day but the shipping speed was good with steady communication. The app and set up process is average. The fit was accurate to ring sizers. More to be determined after wearing it for a couple weeks and gauging the accuracy plus tracking with the app.

Shipping was fairly quick, about 2 weeks. The ring size I chose fit well and is comfortable. There wasn’t much to do for set up. This is the first day, so, so far, so good!

Just received my ring but the setup was super simple.

My ring was too big, but I was able to send it back to exchange it for a different size. Overall that process was pretty easy, just took awhile!

Comfortable fit. Packages were crushed during delivery. Need to exchange other ring in order for bigger size.

I would like to see the entire sleep data for the night and not just a portion.
