Battery life is not 10 days. It’s almost 7. Although purported to be water resistant, quick start guide says to dry promptly if it gets wet. Seems just fine in every other way

It was an easy set up. We got the wrong size at first and Jess and Paula were amazing. I sent the rings back. It was easy and they sent replacements right away. It is comfortable

Slightly delayed in delivery, but I was kept well informed and it arrived soon enough. I was very satisfied with it for a few days, and then it just stopped working. I have raised a support request for an exchange, so we’ll see how that goes.

The shipping could have been faster. Nice packaging. Sizing is slightly off (smaller than the expected). Haven’t used it yet. Just trying to activate the warranty. 😅
