I like that I’m able to wear this while I sleep and not worry about the battery life dying as quickly as my Apple Watch. It’s nice to have two different devices to really keep track of my health!

Easy to set up and like that it comes in multiple colors, love the silver! I'm a bit between sizes so had to go on the snug size or it would fall off. The stress reading is a nice addition that I haven't seen on other rings of similar price points.
