I like the information it provides although not always accurate but I don’t like that the battery only last 2 days

My experience with purchasing my HERZ P1 Ring was a good one.

Ordered ring but it was too small. Return label should be with the ring and how to send it back for a bigger size. I did get another ring but sent many emails which were answered. Have now got new ring it’s very good.

So far I like it. I’ve given 4 stars because I don’t completely understand all of the ins and outs yet. I bought a rubber ring protector because I’m pretty clumsy. My main reason for purchasing the ring is for monitoring my sleep. I have an Apple Watch, but it shows inconsistency. Hopefully between the two, I’ll have a better idea of what my sleep patterns are and how sleep apnea affects me day to day.

It took more days to arrive then promised and I have not used it yet but am doing this for the warranty.

Ordered a size that was too large was fairly easy to return. Paid own shipping to return. Had to send a lot of emails to have one returned. But it worked. And super happy. The ring is beautiful and lightweight. Was easy to set up and great packaging.

So far so good! Looking forward to future with this ring

The ring fits well right out of the box, so the offered sizing guide on the order site is great. Picked this up on special over the holidays so value for the price can't be beat. Setup / phone pairing went easier than anticipated. I feel like shipping was slower than anticipated but, again, I ordered during a special through the holiday season so I'm sure that factored in the shipping speed. I'm still learning about the ring but so far I'm excited and really liking it!

My ring just arrived, and I used their measurement guide prior to purchase. It is unfortunately a tad large, but since it took so long to arrive, I’m going to try it rather than attempt an exchange. Four stars for the quality of the ring, TBD on how well it works.
