I have not had it very long. I would definitely order the sizing kit first. I’m wearing it on a different finger than I planned. I really wanted it for the sleep calculation as I feel I dream too much and wasn’t getting good sleep. The ring has kept me informed. I have a smart watch but I do not wear it at night and the ring does not bother me at night I purchased it as it got very good reviews, and I was not going to pay high price for the popular ring. I do like the ring very much.

So far so good! Ring is a little bulky if you have small hands/fingers, but still love it overall

So far I am enjoying my Herz P1 ring. The sizing instructions were a bit off, so the first ring I received was too large. However, Herz made it very easy to exchange for the correct size. The app seems to be quite intuitive and easy to use.

Seems a little big. I measured according to instructions on the finger I’m going to wear it. We will see. If it falls off, I’ll order a Halo. I know it will be a hassle to get a smaller size
