Ring fits great and it paired easily with my phone.

It’s a little tight, but still looks good. It took 10 days to get here. Haven’t charged it or used it yet, so not sure about anything else, hence the 4 stars. Will update later.

To far great have not had it long enough

Just got it and all I want to do is activate the warranty I paid extra for. Don't love the pressure to leave a review. Especially so soon after receiving. You wanted honesty... there ya go.

This is my first week with the Smart Ring and so far I am enjoying it. The size 13 is slightly bigger than the sizing ring but still fits rather well. I have been comparing my Herz P1 with my FitBit

I like the comfortable design. The features seem to be great so far. I did not like that I paid 10 bucks for 3-5 day shipping and it wasn't shipped for over a week.

Have only had the ring a short time, but really like it so far. Experience with the website was great and communication about the delivery was top notch.

Ordering was easy - communication on delivery was not working

Customer service is responsive and friendly. Shipping was a little slower than I would have preferred; however, that was partially my fought for selecting wrong size. Do not follow instructions on website to get your ring size. Spend the few bucks to get the ring sized accurately to avoid the hassle of exchange. Overall a great experience so far.

I measured my finger I plan to wear it on. Got it mainly for blood pressure reason for summer and work. Makes it go up. Just got my ring and is thicker than expected so it is tighter than what I measured my finger at.

Very comfortable and easy to set up. It arrived faster than expected. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I just received it so haven’t had time to see how it goes long term.

Easy setup. I like the compatibility with my device without needing to have a subscription. It’s comfortable fit on my ring finger, but needed to size up for my index finger. Shipping was delayed from the anticipated delivery date, but received it eventually. I’m enjoying it so far and great pricing for what data this product provides!

Sizing slightly off, imo

I bought this for my parents. The sizing was unclear so I got a 12 and a 10 the 10 ended up fitting my dad but not my mom so I had to return it. Over all it shipped pretty quickly and my parents love the features.
