Feels a little weird on my finger

Excited to try out this ring!

It is comfortable to wear and fits good. I think the information it provides is very important to me and helpful. Easy set-up.

So far it's linked up. Which is better than my Oura

The set up is easy. The app gives the option to change measurement methods (ie- pounds/kg). You can also choose what you want turned on (heart rate, sleeping, pulse ox). My only problem is the sizing. 6 of my fingers are a size 6 and I verified them using the size chart before ordering, but the ring barely fits one of my fingers. My hand has to be cold to get it on and off. I recommend sizing up as a result of my experience.

So far so good my rings are charging. Good to actually have them in hand now.

I have had this ring for about 9 months. I did notice the battery going down much faster than the noted 6 days, usually only a couple. I asked Herz and was told to charge differently, etc. I did all the suggestions they had. I continued to use the ring but noted it did not capture exercise like it did when new. Again, contacted and they ended up sending me a brand new ring. While the ring was not quite as I expected, the customer service was great. I am currently charging my new ring and will let you know :)

Comfortable and easy to set up. Too bad I have take it off every time I wash my hands. But otherwise, I like it so far. Only had it for a week.

Customer service responded quickly and replaced my defective ring. I look forward to using this ring and the app.

I just received my ring and it appears to work well. It looks just like the more expensive brands. The app is easy to navigate and set up was pretty simple. It dies feel a little bulky, but I think it'll just take a little time to adjust to it. I have only worn it for one night and it didn't record my sleep but I haven't had a chance to figure out why yet so I can't really say it's an issue!

Mine isn’t about the ring I just got it in the mail. It’s more toward the customer service side. I’m going to see how the ring works after I wear it for a little to give a better review on the ring . 🙂
